Fridrik Bjarnason

Friðrik Bjarnason was an Icelandic composer and educator. He became one of the best-known and most popular composers of the Icelandic nation of his time, composing around 200 songs. Born 1880-11-27 (145 years ago) in Stokkseyri, Iceland. Died 1962-05-28 in Hafnarfjordur, Iceland (aged 81). Source: www.mbl.is.
