- F. Tarrega. Francisco de Asís Tárrega y Eixea was a Spanish composer and classical guitarist of the late Romantic period. He is known for such pieces as Capricho Árabe and Recuerdos de la Alhambra. Born 1852-11-21 (173 years ago) in Villarreal, Castellón, Spain. Died 1909-12-15 in Barcelona, Spain (aged 57).
